When I first got the Amazon Business American Express Card, I was looking for a way to better manage my growing list of company expenses — especially with how often I purchase from Amazon and AWS.
After several months of use, I can confidently say this card delivered on flexibility, control, and savings.

Right out of the gate, I had a choice: earn 3% back or get 60-day payment terms on all eligible U.S. purchases at Amazon.com, AWS, Amazon Business, and Whole Foods Market. I’ve taken advantage of both options depending on my cash flow that month.
That level of built-in financial flexibility is a huge win for any business owner.

For other common expenses, I get 2% back at restaurants, gas stations, and wireless service providers, which I use frequently for team lunches, fuel during travel, and company phones. Every other purchase earns 1% back — simple and predictable.

One of the underrated features is how seamlessly this card integrates with Amazon Business.
I can track and categorize purchases, manage user access, and export clean expense reports for my bookkeeper — without needing extra tools.

And let’s not forget the fact that this card has no annual fee.
That alone makes it an easy choice for small to medium businesses that want rewards and flexibility without committing to a yearly cost.

Because it’s an American Express card, I also get access to: – Purchase protection – Extended warranty – Expense tracking tools – Exceptional support These are the things that quietly make a card more valuable long term.

The only catch is that it’s most valuable if your business already uses Amazon, AWS, or Whole Foods often — which mine does. If that’s not your primary ecosystem, the card might not feel as powerful. But for me, it’s become my go-to business card for 70% of my monthly spend.

Whether you're running a lean startup or a growing operation with multiple team members, this card gives you control, rewards, and payment flexibility — all with zero fees. I’d absolutely recommend it.

You can choose between 3% cash back or 60-day payment terms on Amazon.com, AWS, Amazon Business, and Whole Foods Market purchases.

No — the card has no annual fee, which is rare for a business card with this level of utility.

Yes — you can assign cards, set limits, and track spending across your team inside Amazon Business.

You earn 2% at restaurants, gas stations, and wireless services, and 1% on all other purchases.
